Not usually a good sign, to see a listing like this, about the owner, Jeff was a really good guy, and a heck of an inventor, several years ago he bought an early, rail midget from me, drove down here himself, and picked it up, it was pretty much complete, I had it too long, moved it too many times, didn't look like I was going to get time to do anything with it, so now it's in a "collection".
