It's this coming Saturday at the Champions' Pavilion on the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Lots of things for sale, an auction and...

At least two books will be for sale. Dave Argabright and John Mahoney, two of the three authors of the definitive USAC sprint car history from 1981-2017, will be present to sign their book Modern Thunder. (Pat Sullivan, the third member of this (mostly) holy trinity, will not be able to join this event.)

In the same booth, hidden in the corner reading a book, I'll be happy to take a break from reading to sign Racing with Faith, my own effort from this past year. My book is a work of fiction while Dave, John and Pat's book is history that will no doubt jog a few memories.

The Expo will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

On Sunday, we aim to do the same thing, except the location will be at the
American Legion in Brownsburg, also home of the 2019 HARF Banquet.

I can't speak for Modern Thunder, but Racing with Faith is $22 for a paperback copy and $38 for a hardcover.

Hope to see many of you at either place, just to say hello if nothing else.
