Thought I'd share.
Weikerts livestock #29 Doug Wolfgang.

2024 Season: Race 1 - April 20th Brownstown (Crate LM). Unlike many I don't discriminate on what racing I choose to watch.

Never realized the Weikert car had an all blue paint job. Always remember the blue mixed with white and red. This was sharp also. Do we know where this picture was taken??

Pretty light I'd guess.

I doubt it's as light as a top car today. 6 pin wheels, the lightest rear axle back then was still heavier than what's out there today. But I'm sure it was as light as it could've been for the era.

They bring that car out for display sometimes at Tuscarora 50, as well as similar big block version... wish i could have seen those big blocks competing vs. WoO back in the day....

Somebody more tech smart than I might know the answer. Is that one of the early Gambler chassis, before Doug started building his own Trostle cars? I also wonder what track that is from?

It's from Devil's Bowl. I think 1985.
