Anything I should know before going there? Going to visit my daughter that weekend & will be hitting up the final night of the Western World. Thx in advance!

I don't know where your daughter lives relative to the speedway, but traffic in the whole Valley out there is terrible. Allow plenty of time to get there.

I saw Windom win that race so it must have been two years ago. The track is 10 miles east of the eastern edge of the Phoenix metro. It is in the middle of the desert. Traffic once you are east of Power Road will not be an issue. It was a delightful experience. The track held up well and they did not touch it all night.

Its a nice track.Good racing surface, good grandstands
they have a family section & a handicapped section with a wheelchair ramp. Buy tickets early, it gets crowded quick. Weather should great. Track is East of Phoenix on U S 60 to Ironwood Rd., Then rt for 4 miles. Track is on the rt side of road. Texas Red |

Bring a warm jacket. The desert gets chilly at night this time of year!
