Had a meeting with our attorney this morning and found out if you write a bad check in IL over $500 its a felony. I just wanted my racing friends too know this in case you ever run into this problem. The cool thing is the State of IL works with you as much as they can to make this an easy process.
Not very often is there a problem selling on IOW but if you have a problem this is a good thing to know
