Racesaver? Stock sealed engine package style setup and some hard tires that'll last for more than 1 race event. Just an idea. Would love to do something with this...
You guys are talking about creating a Crate class for Pavement Sprint. Neat idea, however Anderson is doing this in major part to help prop up (and take advantage of) the Little 500. Now guy can race more than once or twice a year; and maybe helps some guys justify bringing cars back out.
I don't think Anderson would go for a crate or spec series for their events; so you would be starting completely from scratch.
---Would be very cool to see atleast one pavement Sprint Car race at IRP each year. I don't think we'll see the day where Salem and Winchester run sprints with healthy counts; sadly.

Not in a sprint car.
It was a long time ago, but we had 7 USAC National Sprint car races scheduled at Winchester in '97, 3 at IRP, 3 at Salem and 2 at Anderson. That was a pavement schedule!
Thanks to Anderson for all of the work they are doing to provide a place to race non-wing sprint cars. I hope the racers and fans support it.
