Shop space for new or current race operation

Looking to rent out or come to some arrangement with a race team or owner. I have a 5,600sqf fully equipped race shop. Located in SW Michigan, five miles from Lane Automotive and within easy access to the freeway. I can help with weekly maintenance (wash/bolt check) along with major repairs if needed including in-house chassis jig and repair.

Would also be willing to consider individuals interested in getting into racing, such as those who have funding but lack shop space, equipment and/or Time during the week.
15+ years racing experience. Reputable references available.
