Engine Pro SOD Sprints On Dirt, Super Streets, Bombers, FWDs.

PIT GATES: 2 P.M.
HOT LAPS: 4 P.M.
RACING BEGINS: 6 P.M.

PIT PASSES: $30.
ADULT GENERAL ADMISSION: $20.
KIDS (9-15): $10.
KIDS (8 & UNDER): FREE

Heard 25 SOD cars.

How is the track?

There are 25 cars there. its five pm. Track is about ready but outside the track and entry to the track are still a mud bog.. Probably won't hotlap for awhile yet.. Update from a FB friend.

Completed 3 heats with Landon Simon (1st time w/wing), Brett Mann & Dain Naida winning. Will try to update feature finish.

Coming up on 10pm and still have yet to roll the feature for any of the four classes.

That said, can't be too mad when it's their first attempt. At least they're trying and they got a good turnout for the sprints.

Edit: also just read that you can keep your ticket and get half price at any other show this year since they're running so far behind.

There is about 150 people in the stands. Promoter is taking a bath. These next day rain out reschedule are always a money loser. Track is small and pretty much around the bottom. Only got 2 push trucks and 1 wrecker. Good turnout of SOD sprints.

Defiantly many things to address with the new dirt track but I want to thank the promoter for rescheduling and making it happen tonight. Many would have looked in the grandstands while they worked to prepare the race track and called the event knowing it was a loser. I hope fans and teams support the places that take a risk and give us another place to race!
