Anthony Joseph Foyt Jr. is celebrating number 82 today! That is amazing considering the danger in the era when he began his career. His thirty-five consecutive starts at Indy is a record that I believe will never be equaled. Hope his health lets him continue to come to the races.
What a great ride it has been for AJ in the seat of a race car and my seat at the tracks. I have watched this racin great since 1958. May he have many more years to savior his successes.
