Wanted to take a minute to send props out to Plymouth speedway. Obviously the staff there knew weather was imminent Friday night and they stepped up the pace to get the races in. It was my first time there this year and also have to say I'm impressed with the improvements and you can see their commitment to making the place a destination track. They got some work to do but they are certainly on the way. Also the track was good with a nice cushion, and the racing was awesome. Only one minor criticism. Went with 2 friends. So it's my turn to buy a round of beers and they will only sell you 2 at a time so I have to go through the line twice to get it done. Might want to rethink that one. Otherwise, Plymouth, keep doing what you're doing and I look forward to my next visit

Checked the radar a few times early and said on FB that if they didn't get it in by 9ish they'd be done. Sure enough the midget feature ran at 9. don't know about the mods if they got in. But yeah, They pushed it.

Did they even run a Dash for the WoO? I was thinking they skipped it.

They dropped the mods heat races and planned on lining up there feature by pill draw. The mods will run to features this Saturday is my understanding. I personally am kicking myself for not going now. Great to hear Plymouth did everything they could to run this show swiftly.

They ran the woo dash. The track did an excellent job. Was my second time there, after opening night. Had the second to last parking spot in the free parking. If those neighbors disliked the track they sure love it now.
