MALLONEE TAKES SPOON RIVER IMRA MAIN

Canton, IL……..Jeff Mallonee of Davenport, Iowa led all but the first lap of Saturday night’s 20-lap USAC IMRA Midget feature at Spoon River Speedway. He passed Brent Burrows on lap two and led to the checkered flag to beat Gedd Ross, Burrows, Mitch Davis and Jake Sollenberger. Davis leads the standings going into next Saturday’s race at 34 Raceway in Burlington, Iowa.

Looks like Gary and son are still running the GSXR powered FSC car. I also guess that it is still pretty competitive. How many Motorcycle powered cars are racing out there now days?
