The 6 was the car that Larry Gates owned.

Just guessing, but judging by the tires on both cars(white lettered Goodyears) and the nose wings(small side boards), the pictures are probably from the early to mid 1990's...

Just going on memory here but I think the 73 car is circa 1993 or 1994. I think I saw him in that car at the Terre Haute U.S. Dirt Nationals, not sure which year since I went both years.
