The initial assessment made by the emergency medical personnel was incorrect. Thankfully, Jac's arm is not broken. He suffered lacerations to his arm, exposing the bone.

"Jac's tire exploded and he got hit by the debris - he's in X-rays now. His skin is lacerated and he is able to move his fingers and arm."
