Well, at least we got an early start home!!! I make at least one of these drives every season; hard to avoid doing so if you attend many races. You can't always out guess the weather!

I wish I could have helped you guys but until a pretty heavy drencher hit around 530 they had a chance to run. We drove up there late and ran most of the way in rain. We met people leaving as we drove in and then they called it before we went to the stands. There were a few assorted cars in the pits and a couple of haulers waiting outside the pit gate. Looked like very few sprint cars in the back. But...that's dirt track racing. Not our, or your, first rainout and certainly not the last.
