I was surprised Bloomington was left off, just in case Steve Kinser wanted to come out and play that night seeing as they made such a big deal about it this past season.

I think the lack of crowd is why thy aren't at Bloomington this year. It fell short of expectations last year.

When I heard about the attendance for that race, it really surprised me. I would have thought it would be packed with it being the King's farewell tour.

The promoters at Bloomington are only in their second year and with starting the 305 Sprints in 2015 maybe they want to concentrate on that. Outlaws are a huge expense to bring in, obviously. Terre Haute had a good crowd for their Outlaw show but it wasn't huge like some past shows had been which may be why it's not on the schedule this year. The middle class is economically strained in our country and I don't think people have the disposable income that they used to have. Why that is so is best not discussed here.

I also think the Woo and SLS (who promote a lot of the Midwest shows) will visit some tracks only every 2-3 years to make it a real special event to pack the fans in.

I think the Woo packed to many shows too close together in a week and fans could only pick 1-2 shows and I think Bloomington took it on the chin being the last show.

I just feel like you have a great market here in Indiana. If you schedule a show people will come. It may not sell out but there's no shortage of sprint car fans, wing or non-wing, in this part of the world.
