There is alot of great racing events coming up this weekend. Whatever track you go to make sure that you say thanks to the track employees and racing teams that makes us smile at every racing events this year. Its been a great year. I'm heading out today for the one and only Super Dirt Week in Syracuse. Cold and dry is the forecast...perfect weather for one of the best weeks of racing in the country. Hopefully the crown cars can pull 15+ but I know there will be over 100 modifieds in the pits. Stay safe everyone!
Heading to Syracuse for the USAC race, then to Five Mile Point. Tobias is running 3 races on Saturday; USAC (Syracuse), modified (Five Mile Point), & SpeedSTR (Five Mile Point). Still holding-out hope that he lands a last-minute ride for Sunday's Super DIRT Week big-block modified race.
I'll be getting one last racing fix in at Bakersfield Raceway Park in Linton, IN after a successful first year at Montpelier with stops at Gas City, Columbus and Sycamore. Then the rest of the weekend and Columbus Day is up to AJ the Able-Bodied Pit Doll, as thanks for all of her hard work putting up with me all Summer.
