Not sure what the issue is, but the steering wheel binds up mid corner and doesn't wanna turn. I have the steering gear out and am wanting someone to rebuild it. Anyone know where I can send this to have it looked at/rebuilt?? It's a Schroeder left hand gear from an upright mini sprint.

Are the gears all chewed up in the steering gear?... I have a set of gears... I cant remember what ratio...

I had the same problem and fixed it with new bearings; it can be a little tricky getting it all back together and setting the backlash but a shop like Leader's Edge should be able to help you with it. That's who ordered the parts from Gary Schroeder for me.

The gears are fine. I imagine it's a bearing issue. And it looks like it'd be simple, but it's actually a little tricky to get the bearings out and now I can't get them back in.
