Is it just me, or are the car counts way down this year? Pits at the burg looked empty, sprint feature couldn't even field 20. Maybe too many special events being scheduled at same time? Paragon KISS had plenty, I like a full field. Wish there was a way of knowing where all the hot shoes were going on a given Friday/Saturday.

Quality over quantity. A full field is nice but some of the best races I've seen have had 20 cars or less

Long

Have you bought any Gas lately.
If you noticed the fans are down a little bit also.
Drill Baby Drill.
Or at least invent a tandem bicycle that will pull that big old trailer.
After paying rent, food, insurance, and gasoline a lot of us don't have that disposable income left over to play with.>>>AND>>>> A Higher Minimum Wadge>>> is not a very good way to generate it either.

I miss just showing up looking in the pits and seeing who is there..there is to much social media anymore and you always know where everyone is gonna be..I don't think car counts are down to much low to mid 20s put on great shows..

Definitely sign up for your favorite drivers twitter or facebook account to know where to find them. Most are great about letting you know their plans and most even will tell you if you ask them on facebook or twitter where they are off to any given weekend. One of the best is Ballou as he will normally post his weekly schedule on his facebook page header. While Clauson and Bacon have their tentative schedules fully posted on their websites a month or two into the race season. Hope this helps you make those tough decisions while not burning up those hard earned dollars, I know it does for me! And thanks to all the racers who keep the fans in the loop.
