Local sports talk radio had some very nice and well thought out things to say about George. I guess they're more knowledgable about the history of the Speedway than I would have given them credit for. I was actually very sad to hear the news. I am an ardent admirer of George and his innovations and contributions.

The Foyt and Bignotti team may have been the best in history. Two very tough guys with nothing but winning on their minds.
