Wonder if that article sheds any light on why the Rusty Wallace Driving Experience Rig was still sitting in front of the Oswego Speedway today? There dates at Oswego were 9/6 to 9/8. I wasn't in Oswego over the weekend so I am not sure if they may have encountered weather delays.
