South Whitley, IN- PMS Racing would like to announce that Logan Jarrett will be driving our #4 winged sprint car this coming Saturday night, 8/17 as the UNOH All Star Series will be rolling into Butler Motor Speedway, Quincy, MI.
Last weekend Logan was able to get behind the wheel of his first winged sprint car with a solid 3rd place finish in his heat and a 12th place finish in the A-Main.
Jarrett says, “The biggest difference between this winged car (#4 PMS Racing) and my non wing car (#29J J&J Trucking) is the overall increase in speed. Trying to adapt to that is the biggest challenge. But it’s just awesome how the engine pulls in this car!”
Logan’s dad Tony was alongside of Scott Hull and crew chief, Ed Dempsey to help make Logan’s transition from non wing to wing a little easier.
Dempsey who has been working on the car all week said, “Now that Logan has a race under his belt, we have a better idea of what the car likes. We have found some speed in the car and hope to give some of the All Star regulars a run for their money”.
