Have you guys had much success with these motors in an upright lightning sprint? I have a 2010 in my car and it feels like it has all the potential in the world to be fast, but we haven't quite gotten it figured out yet. Any tricks or aha's that you have found?

Thanks!

Some have had good success. It's a different kind of power that most are not used too.

We have found that it doesn't like the rev-limiter like the earlier generation of R1's.
Can drop a little gear , and it pulls off the corner better ......

The few I had seemed to like the 10-11k range. Mick Roehlings car is pretty fast won at Vernon, Hench won a few with x plane. Ron Colmans car is pretty quick as well.
