i was trying to post a few pics last night from vcs...kept saying invalid. file wouldnt let me load any.

2 possible causes.

Invalid file type or file size is to large.

Only jpg, gif or png(file types) images are allowed.

File size limitations are shown on the upload page. I don't remember exactly what they are.

If you email me the photos I should be able to tell you what caused the problem.
