Midgets Return To Montpelier Motor Speedway as part of Early Season Shootout Event, Saturday April 20

After hosting an early April Midget Doubleheader weekend, the Montpelier Motor Speedway Midget Series will head into race number 3 of the 10 race series this Saturday night, April 20. Riverside, California's, Darren Hagen picked up the season opener win over a 26 car field from the 8th starting position, while Shane Hollingsworth picked up the victory on night #2 over a 28 car field from the 6th starting position.

Admission for fans is just $10 and Kids (12 and Under) are admitted free with paying adult. Heat Races/Feature Racing for the Midgets will begin at 6:30.

Regardless of what the track does SETracing will not be racing this weekend at Montpelier Motor Speedway due to the shop being flooded. We currently are unaware of the amount of damage that has been done. Hoping for minimal damage.
