CHICO, Calif. -- March 23, 2013 -- It was a great day for Paul McMahan, who picked up his first feature victory of the season at Silver Dollar Speedway on the day he announced he was racing full time with the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series this season.

McMahan was just ahead of a wild finish that ended with mangled cars and tempers. Chad Kemenah edged NASCAR star Tony Stewart to the finish line for the runner-up position just before the duo collided, sending Kemenah's car into a viscious flip at the end of the straightaway.
