Just read this on dirtondirt. "Lucas Oil, which already owns its own production company, also plans to start a motorsports network in the second quarter of 2013 showing not only Lucas-Oil sponsored tours but other racing series that aren't typically on television. The announcement was made by Bob Patison, executive vice president of Lucas Oil Products."
Could turn into something cool as long as they don't fill it up with monster jam and other stupid shows like speed has done.
We all have a responsibility if we belong to smaller racing series throughout the country to make sure that doesn't happen. Ask around, sure someone knows someone connected to Lucas at your local racetrack.

I don't think Forrest Lucas needs reminded of local race tracks and grassroots racing. Last night he hosted the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series banquet at his mansion. The Lucas Oil on the Edge show sometimes shows some cool stuff that normally doesn't get TV coverage. I'd like to see a lot more of that.

The shows that Lucas Oil produces are all over the place. Late models, Sprints midgets.....monster trucks, rally trucks, demo derbys, boat racing. I am sure that the new channel will continue to be all over the place.
