Not sure if it is the one you are thinking of, but there is a #91 with Derek Hagars name on it hanging in Shane Wades Amati Racing shop in Marion IL. It looks like a twin to the 99 dirt car.

This is Derek in 2009 at the Indy Fairgrounds. He ran #91 on the pavement races for this team.
