I see the film is shot by Elmer Dyer. He was a pioneer aerial cinematographer. He made quite a few flying movies with well known actors.

Cool stuff. It is very early CRA (at the time CRA stood for California Roadster Association) footage. Looks like a mixed race with the Balboa group (?) from San Diego. Among the identifiable drivers from CRA are: #44 Manuel Ayulo, #53 Yam Oka, #10 Bill Jackson, #9 Eddie Korgan, #57 Ferdy Staumont and #22 Johnny Vanderbeck. Thanks for posting.
