Not only was I glad to hear the Canadian National Anthem being played before the start of the Fall Nationals on Saturday at Eldora. I was also glad to read this morning that fellow Canadian Roger Slack will be the new promoter at Eldora next season.

While the racing was good, the track relatively smooth, and the dust not so bad, I for one am hoping this can be an improvement to the USAC shows!

is stack replacing boz or kemp? i can't find anything anywhere about this. i would guess boz, but i would hope kemp. thanks

I'm not certain who is leaving, but the Syracuse Post Standard newspaper and Dirtondirt.com are both stating he has left his position with WRG to be the general manager and promoter of Eldora.

All Eldora needs now to return the electric feeling is Hewitt as the Eldora greeter

If theres things roger knows about anything it's track prep. I see great things out of this

this is nice gain for Eldora, but it will hurt WRG alot. Slack did an awsome job with the Dirt Modifieds and Super Dirt Week getting a bad track into shape fast this year. Nice hire by Tony for sure.
