MARNE -- Jason Blonde of Litchfield wasn’t even planning on racing in Saturday night’s Auto Value Super Sprints feature race at the Berlin Raceway.
There are 18 other drivers wishing he hadn’t.
Blonde lapped all but two cars and won the 30-lap main by 11.2 seconds over Bill Tyler. Blonde, who started 10th in the 19-car field, powered his way around Kyle Flint for the lead on a lap 11 restart, and he was gone.
