It was a good weekend for Hendrick Motorsports. Friday night Jonathan made the trip to Gas City's I-69 Speedway, where he picked up a dominating heat race win and came across the line 3rd after a good battle with Jon Stanbrough in the A feature.

Saturday the 68 was in action at the Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, IN. Jonathan finished 5th in his heat race after starting in the 4th row. After winning the B Main, Jonathan put on a show coming from 17th to finish 6th, needing only another lap to crack the top five.

"I want to thank Mom, Dad, Justin, and Jake for all of their hard work this weekend. None of this would have been possible without my team. I had a lot of fun this weekend and can't wait to get back in the car next Friday".

The Hendrick team will be in action again next weekend at Gas City and Putnamville, come out and show your support for Indiana Sprint Car racing!

I always root for the blue & white 68 and tell people to keep an eye on him. Good job you guys!
