First race I ever saw, a USAC midget show at Lawrenceburg and Mel was there, of course.

Glad to see him still racing and still teaching the young and not so young kids a thing ot two.:applaud:

To USAC's "Oldest Veteran" , from USAC's "Oldest Rookie" ... Iam proud to call you a friend ! Enjoyed racing with you in '07 and so often looking at your rear bumper !
I was keeping up at times but only passed you once as you were slowing under caution ! And then you wouldn't let me keep the spot !!
