It takes time to be a track owner, and time to be a driver. Maybe there just isn't enough time to do both.. well.

In my 45 years experience with small/medium size businesses, I can't recall one success with absentee ownership. The ones that make it seem to have a highly motivated, ever present owner who lives the business.....kind of like,er, Earl Baltes.

from another post"i watched it on my computer till the bitter end."well maybe he needs to sell the place.atleast if i had it i could say i was "there" till the bitter end.i know people will say he was racing taxi cabs in texas,well maybe it is time for him to decide. do i want to run a race track?or do i want to run around a race track?
