Looks like you should be in Indiana quite a bit next year. Have you bought Nanci a new car yet so you can have the old one?

I've had to double the rent this next yr for the out of town travelers.

When we add in the Powri schedule, it might get even better!

Nanci says if you double the rent, I might not be able to afford to go, then she'll be stuck with me all summer. :-)

She might pay me to get rid of you for awhile.
