Sorry to hear that. I thought I read somwhere that he was out of the hospital and was in a nursing/rehabilitation center.

I'm not much of a two wheel fan, but nonetheless, he was one of us - a motorsports bretheren. RIP.

My thoughts are with his family. About two years ago it was the middle of summer, and my hometrack had rained out. Not wanting to end a several month long streak of racing, I decided to drive out to the Leamington Fairgrounds (Jesse's hometrack), and shoot some flattrack racing. Like all forms of racing, there is young kids racing and plenty of families. After a lenghty delay for a replacement ambulance to come, I decide to head home. I get one shot of the #93 bike that I decide I am going to post on my slideshow. When it comes to car racing, I am always aware who is driving every car I post, where as there was just too many bikes to figure it out. Two years later I hear of Jesse's crash in my local paper at a very historic track I have been to and realize immediately that's the rider I have posted on my site. Not a significant story by any means, just a small world between all disciplines of racing.
