Has anyone heard when the reschedule date for USAC silver crown at Terre Haute is?

That would be the perfect day to reschedule that race.
-Most other tracks are done already.
-The Burg's running wings that day.
-Week after the Gold Crown @ Granite City
-Action Track will be prime with the cooler temps.

I like that date since the temps will be perfect (normally). I don't like the 300% humidity we have in summer anymore. I can handle the heat by itself (like today was perfect to me), but when the humidity combines with the heat (funny thing is that I am going to New Orleans 8/22-29 to work on homes with my church). On those days, I miss the pool at one of my old apt. complex's. Plus it is on a weekend.

Well, for selfish reasons I hope it isn't run in October. I will be way too busy to attend but the track should be superb at that time of year.
Silver Crown Championship Dirt Cars properly driven on a one mile dirt track are classic poetry in motion. Using that analogy, Jack Hewitt is one of the greatest poets of all time.

I think Sunday Sept. 12th would be good.
