We would first like to thank everyone for their well wishes and accolades from the race at Lawrenceburg Speedway on Saturday. We hope everyone feels they got their monies worth. Coleman and Robert put on a show for 24 laps. It was fun to watch the "Iceman" and the "Madman" duke it out.

Although we are very happy about winning what has been touted by some as "The Race of the Year at Lawrenceburg", it really is bittersweet for our Team. Robert has been a friend to our entire Team for a while now. After the Crash at Lakeside last year when Coleman climbed Robert's Left Rear and went for the nastiest crash and subsequent injuries we have ever endured, Robert was befriended by this Team for his compassion towards Coleman.

On Saturday, Robert spent a good amount of time in our Pit, talking with our Team. Many of you do not know that Robert is friends with Mickey Meyer of Racing Associates, Inc. in Phoenix. Mickey has been our Crew Chief for several months now and was in the Pits Crewing for us on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Mike Martin of Yuma Arizona is also friends with Robert and Mike was driving the Sprint Mart House Car on Saturday. Robert was giving Mike advice on how to run LS.

When Robert jumped Coleman's LR Tire and flipped on the final turn of the final lap, it was way too reminiscent of Lakeside, just the other way around. I stood at the top of the Grandstands watching this unfold. It was not pleasant whatsoever. We were very fortunate to be able to continue the race and go on for the win, holding off hard charging Brady Short and Brett Burdette. But, it is not the way we wished it would have played out. After the show these two put on, and with all due respect to Brady and Brett, it seems only right that it should have come down to a Photo Finish for the Win with Robert and Coleman.

We are glad Robert is not hurt and feel awful that his car has been destroyed. We hope that we can race hard with Robert again in the near future and give the Fans another great Race to talk about for some time. From this "fans" perspective, it was a really fun race to watch for the first 24 laps.

We hope to see you all again soon.

Thanks,

Pete G.

It was a great battle and ended up when two guys were going for the same spot.

Coleman was respectful in Victory Lane and basically said the same things.

IDK what there is to apologize for. The term SH&* happens applies here and both were doing all they could for the WIN! In Colemans three wins I've seen some pretty unconventional lines used by him and thats what got him in Victory lane. To say Robert wasn't messing up some as well is also wrong. He'd jump the cushion, bounce off the wall ect just as Coleman got sideways from time to time.

He passed the guy he beat. HE EARNED IT!

Chuck, also sad Roberts car got tore up and am a big fan of Both drivers. Glad everyones OK! Thats the main thing!

Race of the year?? IDK it was awesome but there was also the first race where DD passed Damion coming off four for the checkered.

Come on back and make another one

Great job to Coleman. Glad Babaloo is Ok.

I also want to take a minute to thank Dave Rudisell for the invitation and the really great treatment we received at Lawrencburg. It was our first time over there and WOW what a fantastic facility. All of you Section A gang are really lucky to have a track like that you can call home... We had bad luck blowing the water pump line off in the heat in a transfer spot but **** happens!! Very glad we made the 630mile round trip..

Also really enjoyed meeting MARV. Hope to see you guys again sometime soon. Dave, Thanks again!!! Everything that I have heard about you and your staff and track appear to be true. Great job..
