I know it is ISW, and I am by no means complaining, but I sure do miss pavement midgets! I am serious. No kidding.

If you can hang on for 6 more days, I think the midgets are on the schedule with Silver Crown at ORP. Sweet!

It is the surface upon which racers and fans travel to get to a racetrack!

The real ket to this thread is where is a good small paved oval for midgets? Yes there is Anderson, Speedrome and IRP. Indy need a nice sized track wide with a sweet progressive banking maybe 1/4 mile?
So with out the dream track you have to wait for IRP, Anderson or Speedrome.
Somebody biuld it and they will come.

Now if I remember correctly, there was this raceway sign on the way out to that race track. "Where the pavement ends the the West begins!" The next year we made a trip to that track to take a photo of that sign!

It was not there any longer, it must had been removed by a pavement fan!.
