J.C. France, the 43-year-old son of NASCAR Vice Chairman Jim France and a driver in NASCAR’s Grand-Am road-racing circuit, was suspended from competition Thursday following his arrest early Thursday morning on charges of driving under the influence and alleged possession of cocaine.

The grandson of NASCAR founder Bill France Sr. was stopped after driving over a bridge in Daytona Beach at a high rate of speed in a 2007 green Lamborghini, according to a police report. He failed a field sobriety test, refused to take a breath test and was found in possession of 2.3 grams of a white cake-like substance that tested positive for cocaine, according to the police report.

UNfortunately he will get a slap on the wirst and let go but I wish they'd throw the ing book at him and make him a prime example of what needs to be done to anyone who breaks the law.

Maybe it will be on an episode of Cops.
