Fans & Teams Can Write Travis Rutz a Get Well Card at This Weekend’s CSN

Kennedale TX (10/7/09) by DarinShort.com. Popular young driver, Travis Rutz, was critically injured in a sprint car accident during the All Star Circuit of Champions feature race at Terre Haute, Indiana on September 27th.

Several of the drivers that have raced with Travis will be competing at this weekend’s Cowtown Sprint Nationals (CSN).

And now, race fans and teams can show their support by writing Travis a personalized get well card at the CSN this weekend. A special get well card has been printed and will be provided for each person wishing to participate in his recovery effort.

There is a place on the card to attach a donation that will directly go to his family for his recovery fund after the weekends’ event.

The get well cards will be located within the ShopTheBOSS.com (CSN event co-sponsor and sponsor of the Travis Rilat entry at the CSN) tent behind the main grandstands throughout the weekend.

And, ShopTheBOSS.com will give anyone donating $20 or more to the Travis Rutz recovery fund a new ShopTheBOSS.com t-shirt. There is a limited supply of these t-shirts available. Fellow Northwest sprint racer, Seth Bergman, will also donate a limited supply of t-shirts for the recovery effort, again, for anyone donating $20 or more to Travis’ recovery.

Kennedale TX (10/7/09) by DarinShort.com. Terry McCarl and primary sponsor Big Game Tree Stands have just announced that they are going to participate in the Travis Rutz recovery effort at this weekend's Cowtown Sprint Nationals.

Travis was critically injured in a sprint car accident during the All Star Circuit of Champions feature race at Terre Haute, Indiana on September 27th.

Terry is donating a total of fifty of his #24 Big Game racing hats into the mix, along with the previously announced ShopTheBOSS.com and Seth Bergman t-shirt promotions.

Anyone that fills out the provided 'Get Well Travis' card at the ShopTheBOSS.com display under the grandstands and donates at least $20 to the recovery fund will receive one of the donated prizes.

And Big Game Tree Stands will also provide a grand prize of a 15 foot "Big Buddy" 2-person ladderstand. The winner will be drawn from the recovery donation names collected over the weekend, and Big Game will ship the product directly from the factory to the winner's doorstep.

Kennedale TX (10/8/09) by DarinShort.com. And now, two more sponsors have stepped up and provided grand prize drawings for those participating in the Travis Rutz recovery effort at the Cowtown Sprint Nationals on Saturday-Sunday.

Mike Arthur of US Photographics and Tim Aylwin Photography are donating a custom 11x14 photo of Travis. A sample of the photo will be displayed in the ShopTheBOSS.com booth where Travis' get well table is located.

Lone Star Speedway will also provide a grand prize of (2) tickets to WoOFest World of Outlaw Sprints at Lone Star Speedway on October 24th.

Both prizes will be drawn from names of people that fill out a Travis Rutz get well card and make a donation to his recovery fund.
