he runs midgets, late models, modifieds, and 360 winged sprints, why doesn't he ever run 410 non wings anymore instead of the 360's?? not to mention all the equipment he has sitting around for TSR that he could get in.

I'd be willing to bet that his deal with Joe Gibbs precludes any 410 racing, both non-winged and winged....

Tony admits often that the Outlaws are to fast for his liking, but I agree Gibbs has to have him locked on somethings.

The last time i remember seeing where he ran a 410 was at Oskaloosa in '05. I'm sure he'd love to run them, but he probably just doesn't partly because of Joe Gibbs and probably partly his own choice. However some day he'll more than likely be back in one just like he'll probably run Indy again some day too.

Honestly, I see him taking Home Depot, Chevy and a couple other sponsors and forming his own team for 09. Probably driving the first season on his terms to get the team into the top 35 and then giving that ride to one of his development drivers while going back to what he loves himself

they tip over too easily. with the kind of income potential he still has in the cabs, i think he would be crazy to run w/o a wing (as much as i would like to see it).

Such things did once exist but not in the past 3 years.
