Pretty simple actually. MSCS is open to aluminum or steel block sprint cars. SCORA is a steel block only series. They must register and draw for MSCS and SCORA to compete in both. One pit pass. Two paydays. The schedule has been set up to have the late models racing between the two sprint car programs to allow for refueling, tearoffs, adjustments, etc. A driver can bring two cars, one aluminum and one steel block, one for each series or one steel block car can be run in both.
