...figured I would post this since no one else had...
CHANGE: The 2009 MSCS Schedule has been revised to facilitate a request from Clay County Speedway promoter Richard Burmeister that the two dates he had reserved to present MSCS racing be removed from the original schedule. The complete schedule now has 16 dates with the possibility that either of these two open dates could now become race dates elsewhere or rain dates when or if needed.
Here's to hoping those 2 dates get replaced!!

Interesting, last years show had a very good car count and the stands seemed to be quite full.Hmmmm

I doubt they ever go back to Paducah. 3 seriously injured drivers in 3 races. Not a good situation.

Dirtfan, I'll second that motion, and if not there, Jim Mills please open Red Hill.

Ok if we are using people getting hurt as a scale of judging where to race at we would all be sitting at home watching nascar wouldnt we? Just my two cents but I liked it... I was unfortunately there for the accidents, but I liked the track....it raised the hair on your neck and watching Ballou run it with a broken jacobs ladder wide open with us not being able to catch him was unreal....Brad Sweet landed in pits at Tri-State...should we go back?.... again... my two cents

I was unable to make it to Paducah last year but can someone please let me know what accidents we are referring to? I know about Kenny's accident but what were the other two?
I did make it to the last race at Clay County and seen Levi Jones win in his own ride. The track held up pretty good that night and thought there was some good racing. Any word on why they pulled out of these races?
Maybe we can get MSCS to add these dates to the schedule at Haubstadt!:thumb
