If you're bringing a date:

1. There will be plenty of snuggling opportunities, as it will be a bit cool at night.
2. You can buy your special someone dinner there.
3. You can even buy them a gift at the souvenier shop (from the money left over from dinner).
4. Entertainment provided.
5. You can bring in a small cooler and have a celebratory drink (no glass allowed).
6. You can get a 2-day grandstand pass and save money by purchasing it online at the track website www.CowtownSpeedway.com through 2/12.

No date? No problem:

7. You can meet J.J. Yeley and Bryan Clauson in the autograph session; so you won't feel alone!

More reasons to spend V-D weekend at Cowtown:

8. Over 200 cars racing over the weekend in a fast-paced program.
9. Weather forecast continues to improve. 70 degrees on Thu/Fri and 60 on Saturday.
10. It's supposed to be dry all 3 days.
11. The Saturday show starts at 3pm with driver autographs, and hot laps at 3:30; so racing should be done at an early hour (maybe by 9).
12. Fitting for reason number 12, there are driver entries from 12 states.
13. This is the largest gathering of full-blown midgets racing in Texas, in perhaps, decades.
14. In these times where money is harder to come by, Cowtown offers economical family fun. 2-day adult advance passes for 10+ hours of entertainment cost just $25!

Wherever you choose to spend your weekend, enjoy the occasion. And if you can make it to Cowtown Speedway, you're sure to have a sweet time!
