a promoter today said on the Racinboys show that the WAR non wing series and the MWRA have merged.
That should be good news for traditional sprint cars in the Missouri and Kansas area

Did they say if it was going to be 360 or 410?

I struggled through that whole podcast. Those guys are hard for me to listen to.

Jon Boller was the promoter interviewed. He has a three year deal to run US 36.

He said they plan on having a big non-wing special sometime this summer as a memorial to the track owner who passed away recently.

Nothing was said about the combined series engine rules going forward.

Great news on US36. I was worried about its plans for the year with the passing of the owner last year. It is one of my favorite tracks. Was concerned when none of the national tours announced any dates for the track.

It is also great news on the combination of MWRA and WAR. The numbers of both groups were struggling some last year. While many did cross over between the two, there were some "hard core" members who would only run one of the sanctions. It will be interesting to see which national group that they will fall under. I guess that decision will also indicate the future direction of the group. KC area focused vs Regional series.

I took it that POWRi absorbed MWRA.
