IMHO that was the drive of the week so far.

Heck of a move! Buy 1 get 3 free! Well done young man. Too bad there was no interview. Apparently the PA blew out! 🤷🏼

If the show had ended when the checkered flew for the midget feature, we would have all gotten our money's worth. Emerson Axsom led most of the first two thirds of the race. But, at some point, Logan Seavey was definitely the one with the momentum and it seemed he may be destined to win, but Axsom kept fighting him off. And during this same time, Logan was engaged in a battle with Justin Grant that lasted for most of the race. And simultaneously Buddy Kofoid was steadily picking them off one by one and working his way through the top 5. As the race wore on, it became more and more inevitable that Buddy was going to be a problem for all of these guys. And with eight laps to go, he grabbed the lead from Emerson and never trailed after that.

Enter the sprint cars. Jake Swanson led the first quarter of the race, being pursued by Mitchell Moles, with Charles Davis Jr following them. He was overtaken by Mitchell Moles about eight laps in and he would be in command for about the same amount of laps that Jake had been. Jadon Rogers was the man on the move behind the lead pack and nearly half way through the race, as he radically changed his line in the turns one and two end of the track. He started charging straight into the apex of turn one, going all the way to the top of the turn. To the point, that, at first, he looked like he was going drive right off the top of the track. He then diamonded it at an angle that he could pretty much stand on the gas from the top of that turn, through the bottom of turn two, and all the way to when he was ready to enter turn three. It looked very unorthodox, but after he did it a few times you could tell that he was onto something, because he was quickly reeling in the lead pack of Moles, Swanson and Davis. Then when he caught them, with a daring move, he passed all three on the backstretch, entering the third turn. Then he promptly drove away from them. There was some drama, once he started getting into lapped traffic, when Moles reduced his lead to within striking distance. But, as close as he got, Jadon was so fast getting in and out of turn two that he just left him again, going down the backstretch. He then closed the show. And with no doubt, had stolen the show!

It was the best and most thrilling driving performance I've seen so far, this year. And coupled with the excellent show the midgets had just put on, the best overall night of racing for me, so far, also. Jadon also made a damn good case for prospective sponsors to associate themselves with him and his team, going forward. If your name's on the side of this car, it's going to get attention.

If we see a lot of nights at the track better than this one, as this season progresses, it's going to be a great year.

Shot out of a cannon is the only way to describe Jadon's move! Comes off turn two and passes THREE cars for the lead. Don't know if I have ever seen a pass like that. Daring, well calculated and clean. What a move!

What was the Sprint car count? How was the track conditions? What time was the full show over?

Does anyone have or remember the full Sprint Feature results? Thanks in advance and thanks Jerry for giving a detailed report. I wasn't able to make it nor watch it on Flo, had too many other things going on.

It was an outstanding race

The PA needs looked into. People watching on TV get the interview, we in the stands do not.

I'm just glad it was still functioning when Christy interviewed Thomas Meseraull after his heat race win. That was a T-Mez Instant Classic.

Speaking of T-Mez, if you read the midget box score, it looks like just a pedestrian 8th to 5th run for him in the feature. But it wasn't. He immediately started dropping back through the field when the green was thrown. He was well back in the field, as far as 14th or 15th, when he regrouped and made a furious charge towards the front. All the way back up to 5th, by the time the checkered was waved. And many of those positions were gained really late in the race. He didn't get Hard Charger for obvious reasons, but digging himself out of the hole he had created, was the hard charge of the race. And one of the most entertaining parts of the feature.
