Very good race, 4 lead changes, but maybe the dustiest I've ever seen (only been watching 10 yrs. unlike some of you "lifers") My first visit to Linda's Speedway. I often call Path Valley "hillbilly" which I luv, but since Linda's seems to be on the flatlands I think I'll call it "Podunk" (I like that too...) Which is kind of amazing since its literally a stone's throw from a major highway ( a little girl's throw at that...), but you have to drive maybe 10 miles to get on the highway... I guess it doesn't rate an exit...
I hope that doesn't sound too negative, interesting track & I'm glad USAC brings the best midget drivers in the world to little places like this. There's a house right next to the track... I wonder if Linda actually lives there?
