Well, the BC39 has already technically been announced, so I'll go with the Jason Leffler Memorial. The date was TBA on the USAC schedule when it was released, plus it used to be the richest race before the BC39 came along: maybe they want those bragging rights back.

I thought I saw the tweet originate from or retweeted by Elk Grove Ford... so my guess is that Placerville gets a big payout bump. Just a guess based on geography.
