deleting PMs?

My PM box is almost full & I can't figure out how to delete some but not all of them... How do you display them all so you can decide which ones to delete?

Deleting PMs? I think that happens after 50 maybe 55.

Maybe you have some automatic option? Mine warns me when I get near 100
