Yes buffering bad
Switched to the ipad and doing better now
up - up - down - down - left - right - left - right - b - a - select - start

I only had one problem all night as the video froze but the audio kept going, it wasn't during any racing. I refreshed and it was fine. I've not had many problems with them ever.
